  • Community Pool Update

    Published: May 15, 2020

While Governor Abbott’s May 5th Executive Order allows for pools to re-open as of May 8th, the restrictions that go with the re-opening can be fairly complex, very limiting to a person’s individual freedoms (from what they are accustomed to), and likely require for the Association to realize additional expenses above and beyond the normal amenity operating costs. It is not mandatory that pools be opened; however, we do appreciate the strong desire to reopen pools. Our office has received some inquiries as to when the Tuscany Square community pool will open. Due to safety and liability concerns, the community pool will remain closed the month of May and will be reassessed for June.

  • Griffin Parc Bear Hunt

    Published: March 31, 2020

Lions and tigers and teddy bears, oh my! During these unprecedented times and while still following social distancing guidelines, I wanted to spark a little joy in our community with a “Bear Hunt!” Taking a page from Michael Rosen’s 1989 children’s book We’re Going on a Bear Hunt, members of the Griffin Parc community have placed stuffed bears in their windows in hopes of creating a scavenger hunt-esque activity for kids who are stuck at home. While going for a stroll or making a goal to set out and find every bear! I thought a treasure map would be nice to outline where the bears have been spotted. A lot of residents are at home during this pandemic and as such may be taking more walks (while practicing social distancing). If those walks include your dog(s), please be sure to pick up the dog waste and dispose of it properly. The HOA has several dog waste stations on the property for your convenience. Thank you to all the responsible dog owners.

Welcome to Griffin Parc

Where friends and family are always welcome!

Griffin Parc is one of the most original communities in Frisco. You’ll love the neo-traditional feel of this French cottage-style neighborhood. Griffin Parc is a master planned development with a community pool, hike and bike trails, and is the only community to boast two city parks within the neighborhood.

Pink Elementary and Griffin Middle School, both rated as Exemplary schools by the Texas Education Agency, are also located within the neighborhood. Wakeland High School is a short walk or drive from Griffin Parc’s front entrance. Our schools boast wonderful participation in the PTA’s, school activities, as well as community support from parents for sports and other extra-curricular activities.
