Pool Season Closing

The Griffin Parc pool will be closed for the season on Monday, October 24th, 2018. The pavilion will remain open. Owners will be notified of the date and the new entry code when the pool re-opens in the Spring.

Street Light Maintenance

The Griffin Parc Community Pool will open on Saturday, May 19, 2018. The new pool gate and pavilion codes are available to registered homeowners online. Pool Open May 19th

The community pool will be open for the season Saturday, May 19, 2018 at 9:00 am. The pool code will be published on the community website on Friday afternoon. Please do not give out the pool code to anyone. If someone asks you for the pool code and you do not know them, refer them to SBB Management Company. Yard of the Month Program

Griffin Parc is a great place to live, and the residents are committed to not just maintaining, but improving the appearance of the community. The HOA is pleased to launch Griffin Parc’s Yard of the Month program. The idea of promoting goodwill – and some friendly competition between residents – is a win-win for the entire community! Residents will be rewarded for exemplary lawn and property maintenance. Candidates will be judged solely on the total exterior appearance of their property and the front yard as viewed from the street.
