On Sunday, someone put laundry detergent in the community fountain located at Central Park. This is the second time in a couple of weeks. This is vandalism and it adds unnecessary costs to the Association. If you know who is doing this please notify our office. If you see suspicious behavior at the park, please call the Frisco Police Department at 972-292-6010 so they can come and check it out. It is easier to prevent a crime than it is to solve one.

On Sunday morning a neighbor found approximately 8 dead rabbit and a bull frog in a pile in the greenbelt. The Frisco Police and Animal Control were contacted. It is believed that a low caliber or powerful pellet gun was used to kill the animals. Hunting of animals is unacceptable and prohibited in Griffin Parc. Due to someone posting the pool code on social media effective today July 8, 2019 between 10-11am the pool code will be changing to 29637. The Griffin Parc pool is for Griffin Parc Residents only and their guests only, it is not a public pool. It is against the pool rules to give out the pool code or let anyone in that does not have the pool code.
If someone asks for the pool code or wants you to let them in the pool gates, please direct them to Vanessa Burch or Charlessa Black at SBB Management Company at 972-960-2800, https://www.griffinparchoa.com or https://wwwsbb.sbbportal.com

We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday. It has come to our attention that numerous Griffin Parc homeowners have not received their 2019 statements. Given the number of calls and emails our office has received, we will be resending the statements this week. If you would like to receive your statement via email, please email Griffin Parc Account Representative, Angela Armstrong at a.armstrong@sbbmanagement.com.
Due to this issue with the statements, the January 15th late fee will not be charged.
