City of Frisco Water Usage Update

Published: August 17, 2020

Water conservation initiatives in the City of Frisco have experienced great success over the years due largely to the participation and outreach of homeowner groups.

Water conservation supports the sustainability of our long-range water supply and controls the cost of infrastructure needed to deliver this water. Our system must be planned, sized, and funded to accommodate periods of maximum usage. For us, this peak usage occurs during warm seasons and is due to increased and often unnecessary levels of outdoor irrigation.

Your shared commitment to responsible water use continues to be greatly valued and needed. We hope that you take a few minutes to read through the attached update, share the update with your residents and membership, and take advantage of the variety of outreach programs available.
